Upon researching, I discovered that this is the Bay of Fires, a breathtakingly beautiful and famous region on the northeastern coast of Tasmania, Australia. To satisfy your curiosity, the deep orange-red color seen on these rocks is not paint or fire, but a living organism called Lichen that grows on these granite boulders.
